Plumsteadville Home with Ruined Basement

The homeowners were not happy seeing the damage to their basement. They loved their space and made some artistic additions. However, the basement was flooded with contaminated water.

The contamination was bad enough that the carpet and pad needed to be removed. The bottom foot was also removed as there was enough water wicking up the walls, moving the contaminates up the drywall.

The second picture is of our drying process of SERVPR of Newtown/Yardley. In the second picture you can see our air movers drying down the walls. The handled machine is a dehumidifier and lastly we have an Air Filtration Device cleaning all the bacteria from the air.
