Fire Damaged Apartment Building

Apartment Building Damage in Yardley, PA

The utility closet of their apartment building started on fire smoking out the occupants of the building. It didn't seem like a large problem at first but as the day went on the Facility Manager received call after call from occupants complaining of the smoke smell.

The smoke from the utility room had traveled through the air ducts sending odor particles into each apartment.

"Calling SERPVO of Newtown/Yardley was the best thing I could have done" said the facility manager. She had us clean the ducting and deodorize each apartment building to remove the smoke smell and keep her clientele happy.
