Kitchen Mold Under Cabinets

A small leak under the sink is the reason for this mold. Sometimes a small leak such as this can cause a lot of damage after some time. The small leak fed the mold allowing it to grow over time. The wood beneath the cabinets also rotted out and needed to be removed.

With mold spores being spread throughout the kitchen it was necessary to check underneath the linoleum for wet spots which there was a lot off. The floor was rotting away in other places as well and the entire floor needed to be removed.
